Lizbeth Jimenez, known as Luminous Liz, is a traveling nurse turned Master BreathworkDetox Facilitator and founder of the Luminous Healing Collective. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she bridges clinical precision with sacred energy work, guiding transformational Breathwork, Kundalini activations, and luxury embodiment retreats worldwide.
Born into generational trauma and raised by a resilient single mother, Lizbeth learned early what survival demanded. After a decade on ambulances and hospital floors, witnessing life’s most fragile moments, she reached her own breaking point—burnout, exhaustion, and disconnection. Leaving bedside nursing became her act of courage, the moment she chose not just to save lives but to heal hearts—beginning with her own.
From surviving sexual abuse, domestic violence, and a near-death experience, Lizbeth transmuted her pain into purpose. Today, she creates safe, sacred spaces for others to release what they’ve carried for too long, guiding them to reclaim their voice, power, and pleasure through Breathwork, shadow work, and womb healing.
Her mission is to help humanity breathe again—freely, fully, and fearlessly—turning pain into power and trauma into truth.
